Fox HR Employee Requests Has Never Been More Accessible!

FOX HR enables employees to have easy access to various types of employee requests.
Employees can apply for requests easily using the FOXHR web app or mobile application.

The various types of requests that employees can access in FOX HR include:

1.Leave request
2.Leave resumption request
3.Exit Re-Entry Visa Request
4.Business Trip Request
5.Expense Claim Request
6.Resignation Request
7.Delegation Request
8.Excuse Request
9.Missing Punch Request
10.Asset Request
11.Letter Request
12.Hiring request
13.Overtime request
14.Loan request

Let’s shed light on each of these request types.

1) LEAVE REQUEST

Using FOR HR web app or mobile app, all active employees can easily create Leave Requests as per the employee’s need and within the regulations and policies of the Company & respective Labor Law. The employee can create Leave Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee can also cancel the request before getting the final approval.

2) LEAVE RESUMPTION REQUEST

Leave resumption can be created by an employee when returning from a vacation. The Leave Resumption shall always be against an approved leave request. In Leave Management under HR Policy Management, if the Leave Resumption is set as required, the employee needs to create a Leave Resumption Request after completing their Leave. If the setting is set as not required, then there is no need for employees to create a Leave Resumption Request. The employee shall be able to select the Resumption Date with respect to settings available under the Annual Leave settings. If the ‘Request Date’ for resumption is set as three days, the user shall select a resumption within three days from the leave end date.

3) EXIT RE-ENTRY VISA REQUEST

When the employees must travel abroad for a specific period, then they should request an Exit Re-Entry Visa or ER visa. This is mandatory in GCC countries like Saudi Arabia and Qatar. All active Employees shall be able to create an Exit Re-Entry Visa Request. The employer is responsible for the ER Visa generation of the employee, which the Ministry of Labor issues. The employee can create Exit Re-Entry Visa Request, view, cancel it. The Approvers can view and act on the Exit Re-Entry Visa Request. The employee can request for ER Visa for his family, which is supported by the employer financially. When an employee requests an ER Visa, he shall have an option to request a Travel ticket for himself or/and the family members.

4) BUSINESS TRIP REQUEST

Employees can create leave requests for business trips. Once the request has been created, the employees can view, edit, or cancel the request any time before getting the approval.
Employees can enter the trip details such as trip type, trip start date, end date, travel city, comments (if any), attachments, ticket requirement, etc.

5) EXPENSE CLAIM REQUEST

Employees can create expense claim requests using the FOX HR web app or mobile app. The employee can create an Expense Claim Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely.
Employees have the option to include a summary of the expense claimed, comments (if any), expense claim details, etc.

6) RESIGNATION REQUEST

Employees can create a resignation request and have the provision to view, edit or cancel the request until it is approved completely. Employees can choose the reason for resignation, last working day, notice period, last working day, include comments (if any), and make the final submission.

7) DELEGATION REQUEST

Delegation is the process of transferring the approval authority from one person in the workflow level to another person for a period. All active employees who have access to Fox HR and part of any Workflow level shall be able to create Delegation Requests. The employee can create a Delegation Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until the ‘To Date’ in the delegation request.

8) EXCUSE REQUEST

All Employees shall have access to create Excuse Requests. The employee can create an Excuse Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely. Employees can enter the data such as excuse date, an excuse for and reason type, and the request.

9) MISSING PUNCH REQUEST

If the employees have missed punches due to technical or other issues, they can request these missed punches. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely. They can also enter details such as missing punch date, punch type, missed time, reason type, comments, attachments, etc.

10) ASSET REQUEST

All Employees shall have access to create Asset Requests. The employee can create an Asset Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely. Along with this, employees must enter details such as request type, reason type, asset type, asset ID, comments, and attachments.

11) LETTER REQUEST

Employees can create letter requests and can view the request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely. Employees must enter details like letter type, issue date, the letter addressed to, comments, attachment, etc.

12) HIRING REQUEST

If the organizations have open positions, team leads can make hiring requests to the hiring departments or superior authority to hire employees. The employee can create a Hiring Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely. The details such as job title, no: of positions, required period, hiring ref. ID, hiring type, period of hiring, etc., should be mentioned along with the request.

13) OVERTIME REQUEST

If an employee must take overtime duty to complete some specific tasks, they can make a request using FOX HR web or mobile app. The employee can create an Overtime Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely.
The employee must add certain details such as overtime type, date, expected hours, comments, and attachments along with the request.

14) LOAN REQUEST

If an employee needs a loan, they request the same using’ Loan Request’. The employee can create a Loan Request, view the created request at any point of time. The employee who created the request can cancel the request until it is approved completely.
Along with this, the employee can add details such as request type, loan type, issue date, the amount required, monthly deduction, repayment period, expected loan closure, comments, and attachments along with the request.
