A Look into FOX HR Weekends and Holidays

In FOX HR, Weekends and Holidays are managed systematically in the leave management module, enabling employees and HR teams to access leave details seamlessly.
How to access Weekends and Holidays in FOX HR
Fox HR →Customer Configuration → Policies →Leave Management →Weekend & Holidays.
In the dropdown menu of Leave management, the third option shall be ‘Weekend & Holidays’. When the user clicks on the ‘Weekend & Holidays’ option, the system will navigate to a new page. The page shall be the Weekend & Holidays view and configuration page.
Weekly Off
There shall be a field set to group the details of the Weekly Off under the title ‘Weekly Off ‘. The Weekly Off shall be displayed in a card format with the details on the card.
There shall be an option to create a new Weekly Off. It contains a ‘+’ button to create a new Weekly Off. Upon clicking +, a pop-up shall appear to add the details. The same pop-up shall be available when clicked on the edit option on the card. The title of the popup shall be ‘Define Weekly Off’.
The following fields shall be available in the pop-up, for the user to add the details:
- Name (EN)
- Name (AR)
- From
- To
Holidays
There shall be a field set to group the details of the Holidays under the title ‘ Holidays’. The Holidays shall be displayed in a card format with the details on the card.
There shall be an option to create a new Holiday. There shall be a button + to create a new Holiday. Upon clicking +, a pop-up shall appear to add the details. The same pop-up shall be available when clicked on the edit option on the card. The title of the popup shall be ‘Define Holiday’.
The following fields shall be available in the pop-up, for the user to add the details.
- Name (EN)
- Name (AR)
- From
- To
To sum up
FOX HR provides visibility into employee leaves and is easy to manage. It allows the employee to calculate pending leaves, check holidays, etc.
